Finalmente, foi liberada a versão oficial da música “Human Sadness”, que estará no novo álbum de Julian Casablancas com o The Voidz, intitulado “Tyranny”. A canção chegou a aparecer no vídeo do teaser do disco (a partir de 1:13), e para a nossa surpresa tem quase 11 minutos de duração. Uma demo da faixa já havia sido liberada na internet como trilha sonora para o curta “The Unseen Beauty” de Sam Adoquei, padrasto de Julian.

A letra de “Human Sadness” foi enviada por email (com o título “don’t be sad”) para todos registrados no mailing da Cult Records e olha, está uma coisa fina. Veja ao fim do post clicando em “mais…”.
E as novidades não param por aí. Foi divulgada também a tracklist oficial de “Tyranny”, aquela compartilhada na fanpage de Julian foi só mais uma “zoeira” do vocalista. São no total doze faixas, listadas a seguir:
